MY TRUE NORTH

True North isn’t just something you find on a map; it’s something you feel when you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. For me, that feeling comes standing in cold water, rod in hand, with the current pushing past my legs and the day unfolding one cast at a time.

While balancing two demanding careers serving the public, fly fishing became my refuge and my reset. The river was where I learned to slow down, pay attention, and trust the process. Guiding is my way of sharing that hard-earned connection; leading others into wild places, teaching the craft, and creating days shaped by weather, water, and whatever the fish decide to give us. My hope is that somewhere out there, between the cast and the current, you’ll find your own True North.
